- Oak Bay Project | Lennox Masonry | Stone Walls | Victoria BC | Duncan BC
Learn about our Oak Bay project in Victoria BC and why Lennox Masonry and their team of stone masonry experts are Victoria's most trusted masonry contractors. Oak Bay Thin Stone Veneer Story For this Tudor home in Oak Bay, Victoria, BC, Lennox Masonry was tasked with creating a new look for the front of the house, including the entryway. The most cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing option was to create a scratch coat overtop of the stucco and apply a thin stone veneer. So that is exactly what we did! We utilized a combination of K2 Stone's KV Granite & Tofino Sky stone veneer which is quarried right here on Vancouver Island. From the stone selection, we cut down uniform pieces to install a stone trim around the windows and archways. We then installed stone sills underneath the main window, as well as concrete sills beneath the gable and entryway window.

Lennox Masonry was commissioned to remove the chimney, pour a new concrete footer, and rebuild it from the ground up, to meet code requirements in the city of Victoria, BC. Chimney Rebuild Lennox Masonry obtained the necessary demolition and building permits through Victoria, B.C.’s city hall prior to building an extensive scaffolding system in order to reach the top of the chimney.
